Greetings Top Tigers,


With the passing of Dave Green last November we have been going through some growing pains with the website.  Dave’s daughter, Tamara, has stepped forward and is working with the internet provider and myself to update information on the website. I anticipate that by the end of March the website will be ready to accept registrations for the 2014 reunion. If you have visited the website recently you will notice a few changes have already been made.  For those who may not know, Dave Green spent countless hours working on the website keeping things up to date.  We no longer have that luxury, so please bear with us as we prepare for this year’s reunion.


If anyone has problems getting information about the reunion please do not hesitate to contact me personally at and I will be happy to answer any questions you have.



Dates: September 25, 2014 to September 28, 2014 (Thursday to Sunday)

Location: Charleston/Mt. Pleasant, SC

Hotel: Holiday Inn Mt. Pleasant, SC, 250 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. Full service

             restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, pool & exercise room. Free Parking.

Rates: $129.00 + tax per night, includes breakfast buffet for 2 for each night stay.

            (Depending on hotel availability rates are good for 3 days before & after

             The reunion)

Registration Fees:  $20.00 for members & $15.00 for guests 18 and older

Banquet Fees: $25.00 per person (Saturday evening)

Attractions: Patriot’s Point, Historic Downtown Charleston, The Citadel, Ft. Sumter,

                       River Cruises, Plantation tours, and nearby golf.

Restaurants: Restaurants are in abundance ranging from fast food to elegant

Hospitality Suite: Will be on the first floor of the hotel, directly off the lobby, which will be stocked

                                 with drinks and snacks and also serve as our reunion registration desk.

Banquet Room: Will be in the Hotel’s Grand Ballroom on the first floor.

Charelston Airport: Is about a 25 minute drive to the hotel and one-way taxi fare is $35-$40.


I will send out a reminder to you when our website is ready to accept reunion registrations.


There are so many different things to see and do in the area that we will not have any pre-planned tours or activities. Everyone will be on their own to decide what they may want to do.  I would urge each of you to visit: then click on “Visitors and Guests” and follow the links to “What to See and Do” and “Where to Dine” for more information about the area. Everyone will receive a “Welcome Packet” at our registration desk that will include information on the more popular things to do and places to eat.




You can make your hotel reservations at any time.  You do not have to wait to register for the reunion first.
