68th UH-1C Restoration Project Photos
UH-1C  66-00654   is being restored at the Henderson Defense Show Area Just off the Las Vegas Strip

The UH-1C was a product of numerous UH-1C parts, and had not Buro #, history, record books, or any other thing.  Sheldon Maxwell of Henderson Defense Industries had already invested in many US Military pieces of equipment for display.  They purchased a spot just off the Las Vegas Strip ( adjacent to the Circus Circus back lot) and purchased this helo as the centerpiece of their display area.  They contacted Dave Green because the website 68th AHC had more information and photos than any other Vietnam helicopter website.  Dave contacted members of the 68th including Dave Holloway the President of the 68th Association and we decided it should have the buro number  66-00654 - The ships first crew chief was Jamie Poston, and Dave Holloway flew in the ships last flight.

This project is headed by Sheldon Maxwell of Henderson Defense Indus.    If you would like to help contact Dave Green  at   ddgreenn@yahoo.com  or   361-578-2498
