The association was formed under a 501c19 in 2007 under the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988, and now is governed by the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. The officers were appointed because officers were required on the charter paperwork. This paperwork was submitted in 2007. New officers listed above were elected at large by the members attending the 2008 reunion in San Antonio, Texas Sept. 2008
