I flew with Robert 'Bo' Baker, and Weldon Honeycutt, 'Tiger 6'. Bo later transferred and was replaced by Don Lear, whom I'd love to locate. As I recall Honeycutt was shot in the leg in the fall. I forget the name of the new CO. I was promoted to E6 and left for the 1st Aviation Bde in Ben Hoa in December of '66.
Other 420th personnel included an E6 named Martinez I think and SP4 Ernie Crabtree,
PFC Harting, SP5 Garcia, and a fellow from the Virgin Islands who's name escapes me. My most notable pilot was Richard Ragland in the Gun Platoon.
