Veterans Day 2011 

On this day we recognize, honor, salute, and say thanks to a special group of Americans.

This group of men and women did what was ask of them by their nation. 
They are proud to be and to be called Americans,
not Irish Americans, not Asian Americans, not African Americans, Just Americans.

They answered a call, from their leader,
They may not have voted for him, or agree with him.  Many disagreed with some of the politics of war
but
they answered the call, and that makes them very special.

All gave some, some gave all, it is a date to say thanks to the vets and remember those who are not here.
