The rules below do not need to be in the email.


 

Rules

 1. Bids are for three (3) Junior Suites at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk.
 2. All suites are identical according to the hotel and located on the 21st floor.
 3. Suites are available for four (4) nights - Wed Oct 8th --- Saturday Oct 11th.
    
- Upon check out you will not be charged for the room and any city or state room tax. 
     - Any food or drink service charges to the room including vehicle parking will be paid by the member on check out.

 4. Bids may be made by phone or email.  Bids are not official until Recorded on this site.
 5. Bids by phone will be made to Joe Matusz
484-530-7172 and then emailed to Dave Green and recorded.
 6. Email bids need to be sent to Dave Green at  Click here for Format and address  all email
     bids will receive a reply within 24 hours. 
 7. Bidders will receive a code and the code will be recorded in place of names.
 8. Bidders may call or email for bid codes on day one through day 15 of the auction.
 9. This page will be available on the website 24 hours a day.
10. Bidders may increase bids as auction proceeds as in any auction.
11. Bids will start at $450 and must be increased in $10 increments.  We will accept three (3)
      $450 bids.  
- Room rates for 4 nights in a standard room would be approximately $460 + taxes approximately $18.00 a night
12. Winners must pay for room before Sept 25th and there is no refund if the room is not
       used.  
- If a winner is unable to attend the reunion after winning a bid they may attempt to sell the room to another unit member
         - this site nor the association will conduct a second auction.

13. Winners must pay for room even if not used.
14. Winners are responsible for making any previous reservation changes needed.
